Abstract
Low-carbon is a conception about sustainable development which proposed to deal with the global energy crisis and climate change. The paper introduces the origin and evolution of the conception about low-carbon, analyzes several relevant cases and states the application of the conception in the planning of Hongqiao Business District core area. Finally, the paper gives some suggestions about the construction of Low-carbon city in China.
